We want you to be happy with VoiceForge. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to subscription payments and one-time credit purchases.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all VoiceForge orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Open the order and choose the refund option, or contact Paddle support from that page.
  3. You can also contact us directly through the in-app support channel and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewal charges. If you cancel within 30 days of your most recent renewal and have not made substantial use of the credits granted by that renewal, you may also request a refund of that renewal payment via Paddle.

Processing time

Once a refund is approved, Paddle typically returns the funds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
