VoiceForge ("the Service") is operated by Ledgyn's Inc. LLc("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you are entering into an agreement directly with Ledgyn's Inc. LLc. If you have questions about these terms, contact us through the support channel inside the app.
By accessing or continuing to use the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction (and, if using the Service on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind it).
VoiceForge is a voice-first invention studio that uses generative AI to turn spoken and written descriptions into engineering specifications, renders, parts lists, and firmware code. Outputs are produced by AI and are provided for prototyping and educational purposes.
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
You are responsible for the prompts, audio, sketches, and other materials you submit ("Inputs") and for how you use the renders, specs, code, and other materials the Service generates ("Outputs"). You confirm you have the rights to your Inputs and that submitting them does not infringe anyone else's rights.
As between you and us, you retain ownership of your Inputs and, to the extent permitted by law, of the Outputs you generate. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host and process your Inputs and Outputs solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
Accuracy disclaimer. AI Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsafe. They are not a substitute for professional engineering, electrical, medical, legal, or safety advice. You must independently verify any Output before relying on it, building from it, energizing it, or releasing it to others. Do not use Outputs for any safety-critical, life-supporting, regulated, or load-bearing purpose without qualified professional review.
Takedown. If you believe an Output infringes your intellectual property or other rights, contact us through the in-app support channel with enough detail to identify the work. We will review and act on valid notices, and we may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
Moderation. We may filter, refuse, restrict, or remove Inputs or Outputs, and suspend accounts, where we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated.
The Service itself — including its software, models we license, branding, UI, and documentation — is and remains the property of Ledgyn's Inc. LLc and our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service to you.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Outputs will meet your requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Our order process and billing are conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns.
Payment, billing, taxes, currency conversion, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our acceptable use rules. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to access the Service ends and we may delete associated data after a reasonable period.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid us (via Paddle) in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Ledgyn's Inc. LLc is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
